However, the overall experience completely falls short of Hyatt's global service standards, making it a major disappointment. 1. **Obvious Service Discrepancies and Discrimination** On the night of my check-in, the hotel was hosting a large gala. The doorman and bellboy saw me alight from the car but neither opened the door nor offered to help with my luggage, completely ignoring me. Only the front desk staff had a decent attitude, and the check-in process was smooth. However, the floor staff were cold and stiff. They were warm and attentive to Caucasian and Black guests but perfunctory and indifferent to Asian guests throughout. The differential treatment was strongly felt, leading me to suspect they assume Asian guests don't tip, and their service attitude visibly deteriorated, resulting in a very poor experience. 2. **Spacious Room, but Severely Outdated Facilities** The room size was indeed generous, which was its only highlight. The rest of the hardware was entirely outdated; the appliances, bathroom, and soft furnishings all had an aged feel. The renovation was insufficient, and it lacked the refined comfort expected of a five-star hotel. 3. **Significant Disadvantage in Location** It's located in the business district of the new city, primarily surrounded by office buildings and exhibition centers. There are very few shopping options, local snacks, or unique small shops, making it far less vibrant than the old city. Exploring the city center requires a dedicated taxi, which is inconvenient for leisure travel. 4. **Overall Summary** It merely carries the name of Hyatt and a long-standing five-star hotel, but its service system is completely disconnected. The discriminatory treatment towards Asian guests is highly uncomfortable. With outdated facilities and an inconvenient location, the hotel doesn't seem to care about reviews from domestic tourists. For a similar budget, I would highly recommend choosing a hotel in the old city instead of making a special trip to stay here.

Flight cancelled, no refund, no rebooking My flight was cancelled by the airline and I was left with nothing — no refund and no alternative date offered. Despite repeated contact, the matter remains unresolved. Er are simply left stranded with no support. Extremely disappointing service and I cannot recommend booking here.

It really made the stay feel smooth and stress-free. The rooms deserve special mention as well. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was simply luxurious. The overall comfort and quality of the room were top-level. Finally, the spa area was a real highlight. A beautiful and well-designed space with multiple saunas, a great pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing fitness and wellness atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat after a long day. The food was also excellent, fresh, and very tasty. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and would be very happy to return. This is the best hotel in Belgrade in terms of comfort. The rooms are luxurious and so are the breakfasts. The location might not be ideal for the city center, but it's close to the airport. Overall, I recommend it; it's definitely worth the money!

To put it mildly, the hotel isn't new. The service quality is excellent, but the small details indicate it's not a 5-star property. It's a 4-star, at most. Cons: There's no outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer, only in the hallway. The outlet is positioned too low, and the cord is short. You'd have to dry your hair on your knees. (This really makes you question the '5-star' rating.) I had a twin room, and the two beds were quite narrow. Again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star. The breakfast was decent and varied for Europe or Serbia. I didn't use any other services.
