The environment is great, and the service attitude is excellent. The front desk staff (both male and female) are all very nice. They even offer free sauna access. The cleanliness is also quite good. The room is a little on the small side, but it's still perfectly fine.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the bus station, Republic Square, and Knez Mihailova Street, making it super convenient for getting around. Right opposite is the famous Hotel Moskva, which you definitely can't miss. Shopping and dining options are plentiful in the surrounding area. You can take a free public bus to the train station, making it easy to catch a train to Subotica and Novi Sad. The room has a European style, but there are too many tables, making the room feel a bit small. With two 28-inch suitcases open, it gets a bit crowded. If the long table under the TV could be removed, it might feel a bit better. Breakfast offers a wide variety, but the quality is just so-so. The cucumbers were a bit spoiled and sour, and the coffee and juices (limited selection, only orange and apple juice, plus water) were nothing special. The steps and floor in the lobby dining area are very similar in color, making it easy to miss the steps; I nearly tripped once. When I checked in, I had a sprained ankle that was swollen and hot, requiring ice packs. The hotel restaurant provided me with ice twice a day. Many thanks to the hotel front desk and restaurant staff for their help! If the breakfast could be slightly improved, the value for money would be even better.

This hotel is a classic case of 'you get what you pay for,' and they completely lack integrity. I had a three-day reservation, but due to visa issues, I couldn't arrive as planned. I informed them of my special circumstances in advance and requested a cancellation, which they refused. I then asked to modify my check-in date, and that was also denied. The front desk staff said the owner adheres strictly to the contract, and all three nights' fees would be forfeited. Ironically, when I finally arrived at the hotel at 10 AM, before the original check-out time for the reservation, they wouldn't let me check in according to the contract, insisting I wait until their standard check-in time of 3 PM. They basically forced me to wait five hours or pay an extra 35 Euros. The hotel is located in the old town, in an old building that's been renovated. The hygiene was terrible: the carpets were heavily stained, there was hair all over the bed and floor, and the duvet cover clearly hadn't been washed – it was disgusting. The front desk service was awful, especially the person who claimed to be the front desk manager. They were argumentative and completely heartless, leaving a lasting impression. This establishment truly runs its business in a ** fashion...

Excellent hotel with luxurious rooms. The bathroom is a highlight. Perfect location. Good restaurant.

I really loved this hotel! I highly recommend it. It's located right in the city center, with all the main attractions within walking distance. There are bus stops nearby, including one for the free airport shuttle. The interior is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel also has its own restaurant, and the food there is very tasty too. They offer a 10% discount when you dine there during your stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff spoke good English. The location is a major plus, making airport transfers very convenient (the 72 bus goes directly from terminal to terminal). It's also within walking distance to many main attractions, and for further places, public transport is easily accessible with multiple bus routes nearby. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, there are many Chinese restaurants, a Chinese supermarket, and a Chinese department store in the vicinity.

On a business trip from Serbia, my first stop was Belgrade, where I stayed at the Balkan Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. It's also close to free public transport, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel.
