The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit dated, and the safe was completely unusable. The air conditioning couldn't be turned off and could only be set to a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius, which left me feeling quite cold. The foreign staff had a great service attitude, especially towards Chinese guests – very friendly. However, their work quality wasn't impressive; during my 8-night stay, they either forgot to replenish shampoo or left out the coffee. The breakfast, though, was absolutely fantastic – rich and high-quality. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with free public transportation throughout the city and a bus stop right downstairs, making getting around very convenient. The only downside is that this hotel hosts tour groups, so breakfast can get crowded.

The hotel is neat, offers a hearty breakfast and is located right in front of a bus stop with buses running regularly and frequently towards the city centre. Very nice and cozy, great value for money

Convenient location: There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, which is super handy, and it's really close to the city center. Well-equipped facilities: The hotel rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's an iron. Delicious breakfast: The breakfast spread is amazing; starting the day with it is a real treat.

The front desk staff were unhelpful. The bathroom fan is a central ventilation system that only turns off at night, making it noisy for naps and early sleepers.

I really liked this hotel. Pros: clean, polite staff, convenient location, and excellent breakfast. Cons: no complimentary drinking water provided, which makes it very inconvenient to carry bottles to the room, especially in hot weather. Bottled water would be greatly appreciated. However, I consider this a minor drawback and would still highly recommend the hotel!

The room is very small, and the underground parking is also tiny and chargeable. However, the location is pretty good, quite close to the former Yugoslavian embassy site.

Great place, no complaints at all, except maybe for the breakfast variety. But then again, it's not a five-star hotel by the sea. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I go to Belgrade.
