Location was perfect, and the room itself was super clean. Would recommend. Only thing is that it is hard to get in contact with them. Nobody was there during our stay and had to call multiple numbers multiple times to eventually get the codes for the room

There was no reception and they didn't answer calls. My plan was to leave my backpacks and pick them up later, but it was impossible. The Wi-Fi was down for a day and a half—a bit of a disaster.

The hotel is very good, located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from Moscow Hotel and Republic Square. The room was clean and not very big, but if you stayed for two nights on a business trip, it was quite OK. The hotel is not easy to find. When you arrive, contact the host and she will tell you how to get there.

Located in a rather run down building, it's hard to spot. The building facilities are relatively old, and the design of the elevator is also old-fashioned. If the door is not closed after use, the elevator cannot be used. Reception is not a 24-hour service. It was already ten o'clock when we arrived. Fortunately, there were international calls, otherwise we would not be able to contact the staff for checkin. But the room facilities are good, cleaned every day, very tidy.

It's a very rubbish hotel. Don't stay there. The internet connection is terrible. The room is in an old-fashioned European neighborhood. The elevator is also old and scary. The service staff didn't even clean the place, which was terrible.
