The room was clean and the location is really nice! The only problem was the bathroom, the toilet weren’t working very well and same for the shower

perfect location in City Centre, 5 minute walk to the main square and shops and cafés all around. beds are comfy and everything you need from an apartment. would definitely stay again..

We were extremely disappointed to find the reception door closed on the morning of our arrival. After standing in front of the locked hotel door following our flight more than one hour, we had no choice but to go to another hotel simply to avoid freezing outside, use the restroom, ask questions to a friendly concierge, and, of course, use the lobby to wait for check-in. After such a welcome, we are left with no option but to demand a refund for the accommodation that did not take place and for the stress experienced. We asked a refund, as we were forced to use the service of another hotel, but we didn’t receive any feed back yet.

Always enjoyable and great place to stay, so many nice restaurants and coffee places to enjoyed the summer in Belgrade.

A very nice and affordable hotel

Great location and it's very convenient to visit good pubs and restaurants. The room is not the same one shown in the picture. The room is not clean with poor facilities and no service.

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

The location is great, the staff was very friendly. Our biggest complaint is that whenever we came back our room constantly smelled like smoke, which is strange because we are non smokers. When we got back home i noticed that even my pajamas also smelled like smoke.

When I booked this room, the website showed quite nice looking apartments, however, once I got there, I was shown to a extremely unsatisfying room. The apartment was what I can only describe as what an apartment out of the 1970s. The bathroom was oddly almost as big as the remainder of the apartment which was strange. The bathroom was kitch and cold. there was water outside the main door, which one could not avoid bringing into the apartment.  Unfortunately I made a mistake by booking two nights without seeing the room first , I certainly could not stay in it for two nights and I left the next day to book a proper hotel at the loss of one nights accommodation as I could not allow a partner to see the type of room I had unfortunately booked as it wasn’t very embarrassing for a so-called 4star residence!  I requested a change of Room, but unfortunately they stated there was none available. Unfortunately no offer to make amends was received and I believe it was considerably oversold with pictures that did not matter reality of the room. An astute manager would have made significant effort to identify how they could resolve such an issue, knowing that many people write reviews, and a little bit of graciousness and effort would’ve gone a long way in moderating this review. A offer of a partial refund could’ve been offered, a voucher for a further day, some other time et cetera et cetera but none of this was offered. On the bright side, was that the receptionists were friendly and they were able to organise a key for me so I could enter the hotel late at night when I arrived as there is no 24 hour receptionist, however they were not authorised to address the numerous issues I had with the Room. I would not recommend staying in the double room next to the reception, unless it was at a very economical rate of around €20 per night. very disappointing!

Good place

Very kind staff. Comfortable apartments. Not good shower zone: there is always puddle in bath room (every apartment is different, I describe only our). Cleaning not every day and it was so bad as possible: floor was dirty always.

Very good location walk distance to everything. Good for large groups

a great choice

The hotel is nice and the location is very convenient. Contactless check-in is quick and easy. The staff is always available, and if you have any questions, they answer them right away. There are two small cafes across the street where you can grab a coffee or a snack. The room is clean, but there's a smell in the shower downstairs; there's likely a problem with the plumbing. That's my only complaint. The hotel is good value for the money. Space was important to us, as I work online and teach training. I recommend it if you're staying in Belgrade for 2-3 nights. All the main streets, cafes, and attractions are within walking distance.
