Central Point hotel

The hotel has generally left a pretty positive impression. It is nicely located next to several public transport stops, so you can enjoy Belgrade’s free public transportation to the fullest. Very close by are the Jevremovac Botanical Garden, the National Assembly building and the Church of St. Mark. The room was spacious, with a sofa and a coffee table. The fridge is packed with minibar options for those would like to use it for extra pay. The room also has a teapot (though ours was a bit old) and daily tea. The water bottles are only given on the day of arrival as a compliment (however, when I asked the front desk, they brought us two extra bottles). The bathroom was fine, but there is no shower door or curtain, so the floor tends to be covered in water. On request they can bring an iron and iron board to your room. Overall, the room is very nice for longer stays, because it has all of the things you might usually need. We have also enjoyed the breakfast, which was great and had some variety throughout the week. I can specifically recommend trying their fresh fruits and meat selection. Breakfast is available from 7 to 10.30 am. The hotel also has a gym and a sauna, but they are very small (gym is literally fit for 1-2 people), so we never used them. Overall, we had a great experience with the Central Point hotel and their great service. The staff was very kind and helpful whenever it was needed. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

I didn’t wait something “wow”… but it’s normal hotel not excelente and not bad middle!real 3+ stars or 4- ))).

The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

Cleanliness, decent rooms. Good breakfast. Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted.

Need to improve room service, as a 4* hotel we always expect a hot water cattle, complementary some tea/coffee in the room, at least a water bottle but these service was absent.
