They just don't care all they want is quick money and not to spend a cent on the place, wasted opportunity for the location

Prime location, just beside the RepubLic Square. Everything was well-organized, clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Fine for a night’s stay. A lot of construction work going on downstairs at the time of my stay - November 12th 2025…

Location is perfect just in the heart of Beograd. This hotel is very worn out, no drinking water in room provided. The entrance from the square is under construction and also the stairs, elevator and floor’s carpet around the hotel needs urgent renovation, it looks very old and dirty. Anyway Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite Ok but I think that it’s Ok just for 1 night staying.

The hotel building is under major renovation and doesn’t look appealing at the entrance/ full of dusk downstairs. However, the room itself is newly renovated and super decent, it’s a great value of money for the room itself and superb location. The reception is on 5/F and the rooms are on 2/F.

Not lenient enough. I hv msg trip . Com n requested to get refund since we r not allowed into the country without mistake. You can charged me for a nite, i don't mind but totally full charged for 2rooms even tho 1nite. Its low season and you are not super full. Not a thoughtful hotel. Will not recommend. The room is not even used and yet, you are asking for comments.

I don’t know where to start, at first there is a reconstruction of the half of the building so it is not quite at the day, second of it is quit from the reconstruction you here everything from the neighbors like a baby or couple at training at night. The WiFi works very bad , no upload speed, forget about business talks. The cleanliness is under all crab, after I get in the room the was wet carpet parts all at the room, the conditioner at the window I attached as a picture, the shower is very dirty, the furniture to (armchair as picture). At all I will never book it again, and as a big critic to trip.com there is nowhere standing that this accommodation calls itself B&B , if I new it I have never booked, and as out that it is under reconstruction the was never an information. PS there is an fee to get early to the room (at 12:30 and not at 14:00) about 20€. No relationship to price of the room. No breakfast option.

The location was central, however, there were no facilities in the hotel and the entrance was disgusting.

Great location, the room was very big, modern and clean. Great price and perfect service. Only slightly weird thing is the building appears to be going through some renovation, so the outside looks a bit run down. The rooms were 5 star condition.

Five Points Square - City Center’a ikinci gelişimizdi ve yine çok memnun ayrıldık. Konumu gerçekten harika, şehir merkezinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Odalar çok temizdi ve konforluydu. Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü, kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Fiyat/performans açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Belgrad’a tekrar gelirsek yine burayı tercih ederiz.

The location is 5* right in the middle of city making everything walking distance. The building around the hotel is under construction, but the noise hasn't been an issue. No breakfast, but I'd reccomend Jazz cafe, which is a couple minutes walk around the corner and open very early.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The rooms are modern and clean with a great view over the city up to the river Danube. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is right downtown at Trg Republike near all the shops and restaurant options. Very close to busses and absolutely fair priced. 5/5 stars!!

İn general it's very good hotel for those who want to explore Belgrade ! Its exactly at the Square of republic ! The hotel located in a building on the 5th floor , Rooms are clean and they cleaned everyday , the receptionists were really nice and helpful , they don't have water and coffee in room but it's not important, drink coffee outside in belgrade they take coffee seriously . I highly recommend for couples or solo visitors !

Decent overall. The location was superb, and the night views were stunning as well!
