We booked the apartment because of the location and good&clean interior on photos. However, we were accompanied by a rude representative on our arrival. He didn’t talk much and we just went carrying our baggage ok the third floor which is okay, but the representative didn’t hesitate to tell us there is elevator inside the building. Moreover, he used it. Next, we entered the apartment which smelled and seemed not clean. My wife started to check the bedsheet politely, but the representative started raising his voice by telling “we can check together if you want, be grateful that we let you check in earlier at 2pm”. We just refused to stay because of the room condition and rude staff.

Allora palazzo fatiscente anche se in centro !!! Ingresso in lavorazione pieno di polvere, accoglienza terribile, arrivo con la mia bicicletta da 15000 euro poiché questo fine settimana c’è una gara importante , l’host o chi per esso mi dice , in tutta Belgrado non puoi entrare in una stanza, se così si può chiamare , con una bicicletta Ok tutte le foto sono senza moquette con finestra e vista, la camera che non mi vuole dare ha la moquette e vista muro dalla finestra !!! Ok vado in quattro hotel nessuno lo fa storie per una bici e scelgo hotel president gentili e ottimo prezzo ,helen gardenia forse nei sogli di chi prova a gestirlo….incapaci ,ignoranti e non gentili!!!!
