Hotel location: The transportation in Belgrade is relatively convenient. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

Booking this hotel is the most correct choice for my trip. Because the plane arrived at night, I chose a hotel close to the airport and owned by a Chinese. Unexpectedly, it was three hours late, so I had to call the hotel and communicate quickly. The boss waited for me to pick me up at the airport after two o'clock in the morning, which really moved me to tears. What's even more surprising is that there is a Chinese breakfast in the morning. You must know that I ordered two dishes at the Italian Chinese restaurant on the first day and it cost 30 Euros. In short, the Chinese do not lie to the Chinese. It is right to book this hotel in Serbia. Especially if the flight arrives at night, you can stay here directly. You don’t have to worry about not being able to get a taxi. Thanks boss.

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

The hotel was chosen near the airport, according to the reviews only the Mar Hotel was fully suited to us, which we were convinced. The hotel staff advised us to book for the departure period and the problem was resolved. The hotel has a private minibus for the airport transfer and the trip does not exceed 15 minutes. Resepshn is 24-hour and very kind - we were immediately settled in the room and the decoration was offered to spend the morning after breakfast. The hotel itself is built, equipped and equipped very modernly, with emphasis on functionality and comfort. Rooms are spacious, beds and bedding excellent. Food. Breakfast is worth the Michelin star. In fact, all the products come from local producers - that is, eggs from chickens from free feed, butter, cheeses, sausages and ham from farms in mountains, greens, vegetables and fruit - from gardens in valleys + the most tasty Serbian buns and bread. Believe me, even in hotels 5+ such quality is very rare. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from local restaurants or in a bar to order hot sandwiches, by the way, too very delicious. Staff. Absolutely from all staff there is sincere kindness, help and care. Special thanks to both the Babys - the owner of the hotel and the manager on the respiratory. I strongly recommend - budget prices and quality premium.

I live here because it is relatively close to the former embassy site, and I also went to Shandong Plaza. The hotel is very comfortable, the Chinese restaurant is very good, the breakfast is rich, and it is also good to order food at other times

If you like an environmentally friendly environment, it should be suitable. It is about1.5 kilometers away from the lively area. People who like to be alone and have low accommodation requirements should be suitable. The boss's accommodation facilities should be better. The cost should also be clear. Don't increase the price temporarily.

First of all, I'd like to mention the location. The hostel is about 15 minute walk from the city centre and the sights. I also was pleasantly surprised, when I realised, that our room was cleaned up every day. And of course I cannot but mention the staff. All of them were very positive and ready-to-help.Absolutely stunning large room with dry sauna and incredible view from large windows to river bank. I really recommend this hostel, if your budget is not very big, but you still want to spend some wonderful days in Belgrade. My girlfriend and I really had great time together 11th days. I don’t know where to start. What a terrible, filthy place. Don’t know where they get 4 stars from. Maybe their standards in Belgrade. When we arrived I wondered where the hell we were. In the middle of no where, nothing close by. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, you can’t get any drinks or anything. They have a cafe in the aquapark area if you want beer and pizza you’ll be fine. I made sure to read plenty of reviews of this place beforehand and I can’t believe people rate this place. They must stay for 1 night just to get to airport. We were stuck there for 5 nights. I did try and book elsewhere but as it was a Friday night and weekend all the nice places were booked. The reason I was so disappointed in this hotel is this was going to be the last 5 days of our six week trip and I thought that I would pay more for a nicer hotel where I can laze by the pool drinking cocktails while the three kids played in the pool. For the money I paid I was expecting something super nice. Except I got a two star motel. The floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in forever. My bathroom didn’t have soap, toilet paper or a hairdryer when I arrived. I had to ask three times for toilet paper. And they actually don’t clean your room they take the towels, and pull up your sheets. Not even wipe the bathroom mirror. Or reload toilet paper/soap etc. The hallway stinks of smoke. The people at the desk can’t even smile or say good morning. One lady was nice Marsha I think. Breakfast was another disappointment. If it’s the weekend have fun trying to find a clean table to sit on. One lady doing all the preparing and cleaning and everything. There’s no service whatsoever. If you want something decent to eat to have to walk 500 meters with no foot path on dirt and rubbish to get to a restaurant. So that’s where I had to take my kids to eat every night. Otherwise we would have to get a two taxis as there were six of us to go anywhere and we had to wait 1 hour one night for a taxi as it was raining etc. I can’t complain enough about this awful place. Maybe for one night it would be ok. But for 5 nights a definite let down especially the money I paid for it. So disappointed. My last few days of what was a terrific holiday was spoiled. If you want somewhere nice and clean and 4star go elsewhere! Definitely not 4 star and definitely somewhere you should not visit. Oh there was even rubbish floating in the pool! Such a clean place 🙄

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.
