When every is charged extra and the price shown is not correct, I am annoyed. Furthermore, the carpets of the sixth floor and the room was extreme dirty. And the heat could not be turned down and I could only stay in the room with the window fully opened in order to breath

The welcome is friendly, the location ideal. But the rooms and the common areas... Old-fashioned room in the corridor with a multitude of stains on the floor. The bathroom is clean but nothing more. In short, it's very good for sleeping but for the mercury standard you will have to iron. I would position it at the level of a campanile or ibis budget with the charm of the location.
