I stayed at Max Savassi in the night of the reveillon and the next days. The hotel is wonderful as always. Perfect service, from the booking to the check out. I took my dog with me, was super well received, little bureaucracy and simple as it should be. Even in the night of reveillon we were super well-served (government and reception) and we asked for a lunch at the restaurant that was also divine and at a great price. The hotel is clearly following safety protocols for COVID and everything was perfectly hygienic and sterilized in the room, breakfast and reception. I would like to emphasise the brilliant and differential care of Keila in the reservation and during my hosting.

Good morning! I transcrib here what was reported in telephone contact with booking.com: We arrived yesterday, my wife and I, at the boulevard square in Belo Horizonte, MG and we faced with lack of parking vacancies in the accommodation, they would be offered if available, which was not clear on the booking site, and therefore a contradiction to the consumer protection code. We were trying to use the Internet, but it wasn't working, a few minutes later, and we know that this could happen, and we contacted the reception that was ready to help and re-start the routers. We had decided that we would still stay, taking into account the time's advances, when we finally realized that the accommodation was waterless, we could not be able to sweat, to take bath or to use bathroom. We had to choose to exchange hotels because, contrary to what was said in the advertising on the Internet, it did not remove the minimum of our needs, and finally, when we went out, we did not get any refund on the site. We are directing to the only hotel in the region with rooms available and that was reasonably close to where we were, the hotel VIVENZO SAVASSI. We had to pay more than $800,00 for a room just slightly above the previous, because we had to exchange the hotel last hour. Thank you, Matthew and Isadora.

Check-in foi rápido. O que me desagradou foi o fato do café da manhã ser em outro hotel e o valor não está incluído. Não gostei da cama. Banheiro é simples, não espere secador de cabelo, nem espelho de aumento, nem que a água esquente rapidamente. O quarto não tem vista. Sobre barulho em relação a rua não dava pra ouvir nada fiquei no 914 porém, outros hóspedes que suponho estarem bêbados ficaram conversando tão alto por muito tempo de madrugada próximo meu quarto que não consegui dormir. Tem uma penteadeira fofa. Tem mantinha no armário, o cheiro não é nada agradável só que senti frio e acabei usando. Tem frigobar e ar condicionado daqueles mais antigos. Pela localização, valeu a pena a experiência.

The rooms are relatively basic, but very comfortable, The price of the rooms is very reasonable. The front desk and other staff are friendly and well trained.
