Hotel located well in the centre of BH. There is a very close proximity to the 7th square and municipal park. Care: quick and friendly. Room: wide and clean. Wands are dirty. Also air conditioning. I stayed in room 814. I have noise from the street. The same thing every day. It doesn't have juices but cool. It gets buses for excursions so breakfast can be very complicated. We stayed without eating some ingredients on Saturday morning, leisure: I used the pool. I was clean. I didn't have parking. The room was cleaned every day, but no savon and shampoo were put in our rooms. I would be very close to shopping, but I would be again, and look for other hotels before going on.

Hotel desk, parking, valet attendants were always kind & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean. Work out room & amenities well taken care of. Convenient location. Great breakfast, good food at restaurants - all the above I give 5 stars. However the organization of restaurant in the evening needs major attention, which is sad because the food is excellent, and so I give 2 stars as I’ll describe below. For our evening dinner we - and other guests waited more than an hour for food. It was obvious they were understaffed but no one checked in with us and it was hard to get their attention. When our food arrived, they forgot my elderly mother’s meal. Wait staff continued to not check in with us - and we felt ignored. Finally we spoke with staff and they got my mothers meal…about an additional 45 minutes later, we actually ate together. I complained to the restaurant manager and I was treated disrespectfully. I felt her meal needed to be compensated. His reply was “No - well she ate it didn’t she?” I was stunned by his rudeness and stood my ground that a 5 star hotel should not treat their guests this way. A waiter saw the ridiculous exchange and ended comping her meal. I noticed other hotel guests were frustrated too and had similar issues. At the very least all that needed to be done was for the staff to communicate,”Please be patient with us; were understaffed” etc. -That would’ve made a world of a difference.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com bares, restaurantes e cafeterias perto. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários ótimos, educados, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo funcionário Nelson na hora do check in, prestativo e eficiente. Minha única ressalva é o banheiro do quarto, muito pequeno, e a água do box não tinha vazão.

Excellent cost/benefit, good location, tired breakfast, comfortable room and bathroom, excellent service, especially Jeny. They indicated the transport service of Wilter Pereira Santos, Differencial company, to visit historic cities, city tour, airport translation and shopping . In addition to comfortable and safe cars, the service is excellent and attentive and full of tourist information. All under measure. Super recommendation. It also provides services for those who need to make shopping in the wholesale.

The air conditioning of the room was not working right. That's the only complaint I had from the hotel. Otherwise, my experience was great, now the air conditioning really left much to desire...

This hotel is clean and is in a nice location. Everything in the room functioned as expected, however internet speed was not great (adequate, not great). Read some of my other reviews and you’ll see a common complaint I make about hotels and that is no washcloth (or facecloth, whatever you call it). I had a bath towel, a hand towel and a floor bath at. I wash my face with a washcloth, just not in this room. Makes no sense to me. Also, a time or two, housekeeping did not leave me clean towels. The last day of my ten day stay housekeeping did not come into my room at all. The location is good, see,s to be in the middle of a lot going on and the big shopping mall is a short Uber ride away. Perhaps my biggest complaint about this hotel is the restaurant. The night I arrived I had work to do in the room so I ordered room service (which comes from the restaurant on first floor). I ordered a burger which I asked to be cooked well done and I very clearly said, “no red.” The person on the other end of the phone said, “yes, of course.” The burger was cooked around the edges and about 1/4” into it, it was blood red. It was room temperature or perhaps a little warmer but it was definitely not cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know they had definitely missed their mark on this one. They said “sorry” (That is all). The next night I went down to the restaurant. I ordered a steak medium well. It was a little more red than medium well, but it was tolerable. The last night I was there I was in the restaurant and ordered a steak. I asked “can I get that well done?” The waiter said with a serious, straight face, “No.” I said “whatever, have them cook it as well as possible.” Now I realize many people say it is a crime to cook a good piece of beef anything more than medium and those people can have their steak that way. When I am paying for it, you’d better cook it the way I want it and they would not do it. The restaurant had a great breakfast. Lucky for me there was a grocery store a block away so for dinner I went grocery shopping. If in Belo Horizonte again, I will likely return to this hotel. I will, however, know what to expect.

Como de costume, muito bom, staff solícito, e as mudanças vindas com a nova marca Transamerica já podem ser notadas - quartos reformados e melhoria na manutenção. Refeições excelentes no restaurante, variadas opções de frigobar e minibar.

The hotel has a pool and academy that were disabled while we were in the hotel, you know why. Here are photos of the pool. And I walked over the pool. They were daring to say there was no pool at the hotel, but it was detail, people don't seem happy to work there, in general, no smile on their face, just robotic behavior. Except for the gentleman who attended me at the restaurant at the beginning of the night. Well sympathetic. I'm sorry not to remember the name. And the cheerleader who cleaned my floor. What sympathy! Generally, a hotel ok. There are no travessers in the room. It has one per person, it is low and soft, and it is not careful, there is moffo in many points of the room, I know the dirt of the air conditioning, since my allergy appeared and other people who went to the same place. The coffee doesn't varied from one day to another, it's always the same thing, it's not bad, but every day is complicated in a week.
