The hotel is located in the heart of the city of BH, the hotel is a good structure, the room and a large bathroom. As I have already researched and confirmed, the shower water does not warm. The hotel has a very bad bath if you don't like cold water, but I have been in this hotel for two days and there was no room service (reinigung, cleaning). The breakfast is very simple, I don't know if there was an opportunism due to the pandemic, but it's all very simple, I've been hosting other hotels during the pandemic and that was not the point I had. I am therefore suspected that there was a possibility of restricting varieties at breakfast, justified by the moment, but the hotel has a parking, but it is small and tight, with limited vacancies. But there is the possibility of leaving the car in front of the hotel. I had read the bad service of the receptionists, and I had a very opposite experience. The hotel price is relatively good, justifying the cost/benefit.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. Old, dirty and run down accommodation! I will never ever again book a room in here in the future! I would not even stay complimentary. The staff was friendly, although English skills were poor and I don’t speak Portuguese. As I entered the room I could see all the dirt on the floor and especially in the corners and next to the walls. The bathroom was outdated and the glass doors were also not cleaned properly, as you could see lime residues all over. As I just arrived from Overseas I decided to have a nap though. I immediately saw all the red and/or brown stains on the duvet, because there was no sheet underneath, but just on top. I think there were not so many hotel experiences in my life, which were so disgusting like this. First I thought, that I will complain at the reception, but then it came to my mind, that the staff would not understand what I mean due to the language barrier. I threw the duvet out of the bed and covered myself with towels, which were not as dirty as the duvet. Actually I should have left the hotel immediately, which I did so only twice before in my life, but I had this one night only in Brasil and I was terrible tired. After a short rest I had a shower, but there was no shower gel in the bathroom, shampoo-and conditioner dispenser were empty. The toilet flush didn’t work properly either, for only a piece of toilet paper you had to flush many times to disappear. Honestly this was one of my worst hotel stays and I don’t want to undergo anything like that again!

Exceptional service for all staff, especially Sabrina and Rafael. I went to work, the location is very good, near the center. The hotel structure has served me well, comfortable room, and very tasteful breakfast. The breakfast offer is very legal, it is not self-service, we are on the order of what we want and the boy brings what it has been chosen, everything fresh and very tasty, and the hosting is worth it.

The building is very old! I know that because it is a historic building you can't put air conditioning but it is charged as if it had. The bed is not good: small and old. Besides the furniture of the room are old. There is a excess of bureaucracy in the reception with RG only physically and having q to leave the key at the same every time you go out on the street. And to enter, if you have a row, you have to wait to pick up the key that vc has checkined before. I liked the bathroom and breakfast was good!
