Nice hotel, comfortable room, clean, good wifi, free parking just outside. Nice restaurant with good food (we had booked an evening meal) and very friendly staff. There is nothing much to do in Bendorf, we took a walk through a park and looked at the castle, but that was quickly done. Good for an overnight stay. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.

We booked a last minute overnight stay 2 hours before arriving . From arriving at the hotel to be met by luts the standard never dropped ! Exceptional experience and the food in the restaurant was out of this world ! Well done to everyone invoked , we will be back one day !! Just a long way from perth. Australia

Wir können weder Hotel, noch Restaurant weiterempfehlen, da es für diesen Preis wesentliche spannendere Alternativen gibt. Restaurant: Personal war sehr freundlich (ausgenommen Restaurantleiter, der arrogant und nicht Service orientiert war). Das Essen war Ok, aber leider lauwarm und im Rahmen unseres Überraschungsmenüs wurden die günstigsten Speisen der Karte serviert, das fanden wir unmöglich. Die Location war schon romantisch, leider etwas 'angeschmuddelt'. Auch das Zimmer war ok, aber für ein 'Romantik' Hotel viel zu nüchtern und schlicht eingerichtet, alles sehr schade....

Wir hatten für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in die Schweiz eine Nacht in der Villa Sayn gebucht. Das Haus war sicherlich mal ganz gut, ist aber mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage an der Straße ist auch nicht so super, wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Was aber alles wieder herausgerissen hat war das Restaurant. Tolles Ambiente, ein tolles Team (allen voran der „Maitre & Sommelier“) und großartiges Essen sowie tolle lokale Weine. Nicht zuletzt merkt man an der Behandlung von Gästen mit Fell, wie gut ein Team wirklich ist. Ein schöner Abend!

Zimmer Junior Suite 29qm Belegung 2 E, 1K Kind schlief auf Ausziehcouch Pro Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer, Klimaanlage Großer TV Sauber Sehr nettes Personal Kühlschrank mit Eisfach Wasser wurde täglich aufgefüllt Parkplätze Fahrstuhl Contra Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker, aber es fehlt bei dem Preis "das Gewisse extra". Täglich Obstsalat ist da, aber Lose Früchte zb wäre toll, mehr Auswahl an Wurst, Körner fürs Müsli etc Toller TV, aber von 40 Programmen gingen nur 20 Duschköpfe müssen dringend getauscht/entkalkt werden Eine Beschriftung der Schalter im Zimmer wäre toll, damit man sich nicht ständig den kpl Strom, anstelle des Lichts ausschaltet Das Doppelbett ist bequem, aber die Rollen sorgen dafür,dass es sich gern mal selbstständig macht. Ganz besonders hervorragend war das gesamte Personal! Nicht weit weg vom Hotel ist Schloss Sayn Schmetterlingsgarten und Die Sayner Hütte, ein interaktives Museum in einer alten Eisenfabrik!!!! Sollte man sich definitiv nicht entgehen lassen!!!!

Ein wunderbares Kleinod mit super freundlichem Personal und tollem Ambiente. Das Hotel ist komplett renoviert und up to date. Die neue Bar ist wohl eine Woche alt. Auch die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Eigentlich habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Sayn ist zum Ausgehen natürlich nicht Berlin-Mitte…

Ottimo hotel: abbiamo soggiornato nelle stanza Junior Suite (con Sauna). Buona la colazione ed il parcheggio. Ristorante di livello, un pò caro. Piumini un pò troppo pesanti per la stagione. Ottima l'aria condizionata indipendente ed il sanificatore d'aria portatile. Bagno con Doccia filo pavimento e vasca / doppi lavandini. Unica pecca la moquette. Logisticamente molto buono per la visita della vicina Coblenza.
