Best location. Amazing restaurant but more than that world's best Staff. Right from doorman to managers to servers to reception team- each and everyone made our trip memorable. We faced medical emergency and everyone was just amazing to help us with everything. Kudos and hats off to team Sheraton Whitefield

Great stay! Very comfortable rooms and liked the large pool. Would like to give Ali Sayed a big thank you with helping me to pay a taxi when I didn’t have any rupees. Ali gave me the money from his own pocket when paying on a card was just not an option.

I had an exceptional stay at Sheraton Grand Whitefield Bengaluru for nearly two weeks, made even better by the outstanding staff. A huge thank you to Simran and Madhukar at reception for ensuring a seamless check-in and checkout, always going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. Renu and Daksh at the concierge desk were incredibly polite and helpful, even assisting with some packages I had to ship. Special appreciation to Chef Indra Bhandari, who curated off-menu dishes for us, making dining a delightful experience. Beyond the hotel’s comfort and luxury, it’s the remarkable hospitality that truly sets it apart. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay in Bengaluru!

My experience at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield has been truly enjoyable. The hospitality at this property stands out, especially thanks to a few exceptional team members. Nupur, the guest relationship manager, is warm and welcoming, making guests feel at home. Chef Vinayak adds a personal touch to the dining experience, ensuring that guests are well taken care of. Staff members like Angel, Manoj, and Sangita go the extra mile to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. While not every interaction matched this level of warmth, the outstanding efforts of these individuals made a lasting impression. The Club Lounge experience, in particular, set a high standard, making my stay both luxurious and memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking quality service and a refined stay in Bengaluru.

We are arranged an event at EY Bagmane office for 3 days from Sheraton Hotel. The set up was amazing and food also. Special thank you to Subhankar for making them happy with a sweet smile.
