The hotel environment is fantastic, the front desk service is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast spread is excellent. Overall, a great experience, five stars!

Facilities: Excellent, the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The overall environment was great. Service: The butler service was as good as ever. We didn't have breakfast included when we checked in, but the front desk courteously gave us a complimentary one. On the day we checked out, we overslept, and the butler was very helpful in arranging a late check-out for us.

The location is fantastic, close to both Wanda Plaza and Yintai Centre, which are basically the only places you'd need to go. I added the manager on WeChat, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful with everything I asked for. I'll definitely be back!

This is the only major hotel in Bengbu that offers pet-friendly rooms! They reserve a few rooms specifically for guests traveling with their beloved pets. For a smaller city, this is incredibly accommodating, as many hotels in smaller cities don't allow pets. For that reason alone, I'd highly recommend Bengbu to pet owners! As a pet-owning family, those who travel with their pets often have higher standards for their lifestyle, and I hope this hotel continues to maintain its pet-friendly policy. I also hope they pay extra attention to the cleanliness of their pet-friendly rooms!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza! Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all right there. Plus, if you're driving, there's parking available, making getting around super convenient. The staff are warm and provide excellent service. They also have an indoor heated pool and a fitness center, so the facilities are top-notch. Overall, a truly satisfying experience!

The hotel service was excellent. I added the manager's WeChat upon check-in, and they helped prepare the water bill and invoice in advance, which saved a lot of time. At check-out, I just returned the key card and left directly. The facilities are also well-maintained. I'm quite satisfied.

The service was excellent, and the environment and location were also superb. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The self-service laundry room on the 6th floor was very convenient. Each room had a bathtub and large floor-to-ceiling windows.

The room had thoughtful touches like cotton pads and disposable face towels, and the hairdryer was powerful and convenient to use. The bathroom towels were fluffy and soft, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a very satisfying stay.

Stayed there for one night, it was a pleasant stay, clean rooms, good ventilation considering smoking room, staff was very helpful and smiling. Service quality way more better comparing to the cost I paid to stay.
