Bad treatment from the receptionist upon arrival, the air conditioning is very bad, the bathroom is very bad, an additional accommodation tax is equivalent to 5 US dollars per day, there is no official uniform for the hotel, the most beautiful thing I found is the honesty of the cleaning staff and the receptionist in the morning, comfortable bed,

Ci abbiamo fatto una sosta per pranzo durante il trasferimento da Fes a Marrakech. È una bella struttura con appartamentini e camere, che non ho visto. Posizione strategica lungo il percorso su strade statali. Servizio cordiale e veloce. Ottimo pranzo tipico, abbiamo assaggiato anche l'olio EVO di quella zona (molto buono). Ottimo parcheggio e WiFi gratuito.

Nous venons de quitter cet hôtel et nous ne sommes pas prêt d y revenir Le réceptionniste était condescendant Il nous a fait patiente plus de 30min alors que nous étions les seuls ! Nos amis n avaient pas de serviettes Ils ont passé les deux jours à les réclamer Le personnel ménage était très sympathique L état de la piscine était le matin proche de la mare aux canards Le petit déjeuner était simple et efficace par rapport au prix Seul point positif la literie était correcte Ce n est malheureusement pas suffisant si vous comptez faire une après-midi piscine D ailleurs vous aurez de la chance si vous trouver un transat de libre 3 pour l hôtel complet Et ne mettez pas une serviette blanche car elle sera noircie
