Stayed here for my stag due bit out the way of the main ***** but only €8 in taxi Only €2 a day for the safe nice and friendly staff throughout the hotel all could have a laugh

Had a great all inclusive week. Mainly Spanish guests which was fine, Authentic Spanish food, Very friendly and a good clean room with good wifi, English TV channels a kettle and fridge. Quiet neighbourhood & 10 minute walk to the beach. Too many people want a 5* hotel at 2 star prices and find fault too easily. This hotel was very good value.

we arrived after midnight food and drinks laid on nice touch never had on a inclusive before, rooms well presented and clean with comfy beds , food good quality plenty of choice staff friendly and helpful all worked hard , will definitely stay again , 10 mins walk to beach and 25 mins to main *****, nice pool on roof.

Staff was brilliant, lovely food and great rooms. Stayed in Benidorm 3 times and can say it’s best place I’ve stayed. Special thank you to ana who was very helpful and kind. If your looking for a budget friendly place to stay that feels like a 5 star would say to come here. lo recomiendo mucho

My family stayed here for a week. I did read the reviews and had some reservations about staying here. Good points nice big rooms, very friendly staff especially the bar staff, nice roof top pool area, very clean, good selection / choice of food and fridge in the room. 5 minute walk to the sea. Bad points dropped off at another hotel 5 min walk up a little bank, some food cold so had to use the microwaves.

Good clean hotel. A little out of the way but not too bad. Staff are fantastic. Yesid and Camilla were absolutely fantastic with our 2 young children. Would definitely stay again. Only downfall was kids club wasn't open during our stay which we did not find out until we arrived. We were on an all inclusive package and the variety is very good.

Stayed for 5 nights celebrating my sons 21st b'day, checkin was really quick, the room was really nice and clean, nice toilet/shower room. I would say majority of guests were elderly spanish but was still plenty of english, could not fault the food at all, especially the breakfast, cooked breakfast every day to soak up the alcohol, would definitely stay again, nice and quiet and only a 25 min walk or so to the main ***** and 10 mins or so to sea front.
