Great budget hotel. Staff are all wonderful the two fellas at reception have been so patient and generous with their time and Vivianna our chambermaid is fantastic but everyone is lovely, thankyou 😀

I was unsure with the bad reviews but this hotel surprised me. The location was great, up a small hill from the beach, probably a five minute walk. On the walk you pass loads of supermarkets, shops and food places. The breakfast was a typical buffet breakfast but plenty to choose from. The room was very nice, cleaned everyday, bed was very comfy and shower was lovely. Staff were friendly and happy to help. I would recommend this hotel, don't let the bad reviews put you off.

Dated & definitely noisy. Toilets so loud could wake the dead & walls paper thin. We had a room overlooking the shady pool which was freezing & had no loungers. Rooms comfortable enough for our stay, but didnt have the basic hospitality tray for tea or coffee in the morning, air con hitty missy, having the window open meant you were subjected to building & street noise. drinks were not allowed in any area apart from the bar & you were not allowed to take tea or coffee from the restaurant anywhere else but had to purchase from the bar. Housekeeping were brilliant. Fresh towels & room smelt lovely everyday. Food mediocre & definitely catering for mainly spanish guests. Some staff couldn't do enough for you others very flustered about adhering to The mountain of hotel rules! & There are lots! So not an overly relaxing stay. Roof terrace was tiny with a totally unsuitable pair of sun loungers. Evening entertainment mainly for the older spanish generation of square dancing. Quite a walk from the beach. Beach loungers €6 each with extra €6 for a brolly.

Have stayed in the hotel before cheao and cheerful. Reception staff are luvly and friendly

This hotel is mainly for the Spanish that are on holiday. But we really liked this hotel. They do speak a little English but I also speak a little Spanish. It is not for the young ones here, mainly the people who stay are over 55 imo. The pool area as been updated and is a lot more modern then some of the earlier photo's on here. There are no sunbeds only chairs and tables but it is quiet round the pool and perfect for a dip to cool off. The pool only got the sun from 11am to around 3pm because it is in a built up area but only a 2 minute walk to the beach and old town. Each room had its own proper air-conditioning and worked fine without the need to insert a card into the wall like other places I've stayed. Entertainment most evenings but finishes at 11pm and it's a guy on a piano playing old time song's for mainly the elderly. The food was really really good and variety on the evening meal and breakfasts are breakfasts. We were half board but had to buy either water or wine for our evening meal and there was no coffee at evening meal either..... Coffee at breakfast and juice was supplied. The rooms were small and basic but wish we'd gone extra for the balcony option. We had a lovely time here and the staff were friendly. My partner and I have just turned 60 and enjoyed this hotel but with no sunbeds a little disappointing. Other than that, good food friendly staff and a great location for the old town. If on a short break we would definitely stay here again and probably will. If for a week we'd find a hotel with sunbeds.

Okay for what was paid - had a few issues as in very outdated. Aircon didn’t work too well and rooms very hot and no fan in bedroom. Lift took a long time to get to floor. Pool area and reception area very clean. Rooms looked after every day and towels (very thin) changed daily if required. Food was adequate although paid for 3 meals a day and only ate 1 as timings were late or 1pm-3pm for lunch and 8-10pm for evening meal. The only negative was not being able to get a glass of water and oth meal unless paid for and could not get a coffee and take it into where comfy chairs were/pool area to sit. Barman very grumpy when explaining this - unfair that you had to buy one to have with a cigarette after breakfast - catered more for the Spanish appetite

Quite disappointed by this hotel to be honest, Room was very small and outdated. The Balcony’s are tiny and the view from them is shocking. Dirty walls and balcony’s surrounding. Only thing that was good about the room was the Aircon which kept the room cool at all times. I’d read before that they give all the Spanish locals the best rooms in the hotel and unfortunately that seemed true as me and multiple friends with given really small rooms. Clean Reception and Pool Area. Really bad location - On a really steep hill nearer the top.
