Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances Reviews

Ok for a night. Mostly Spanish so entertainment was geared to them with very little English explaination. No English tv. Have to get a taxi each way in you want to go into town for anything. Was glad it was only 1 night.

Exceeded our expectations. Very friendly check in, comfortable room but the bathroom needs updating. Helpful bar staff . Only negative is poor internet connection in the room . Great value.

It was really nice, the room was okay, the food was very tasty and there was a lot of choice, the staff were very nice but the cleanliness wasn't so great.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel, the food is very good, the only problem is the elevator; for people who cannot walk, it is difficult and takes a long time to go up and down.

The location of the hotel is quite bad, many hills and quite far from the center. Regular cleaning, the floor was a little dirty and the beds had hair… The pool was also quite dirty. As for the staff, quite friendly.

The elevators are a little slow, but the staff is very friendly.
