The person in charge at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant should be replaced with someone who has a brain and can communicate properly. My family has an elderly person with mobility issues who needs a wheelchair. The breakfast area was extremely crowded, so we just wanted to grab a few things for the elder to eat in the room, while the rest of us would eat in the restaurant. The person at the door said we could only take two eggs, and absolutely nothing else. They claimed that since breakfast is complimentary, it can't be taken out. We argued that breakfast is included with the room fee, so we've essentially paid for it, right? But no matter what we said, they wouldn't budge. Those two guards at the door were useless! After checking out and packing our luggage, we only realized after getting home that three chargers we had packed in a bag were missing, presumably left in the room. We called the hotel, but they couldn't find them! This hotel is something else!
