The location was extremely far from Benxi, my room didn't have electricity, So they gave me another twin beds room , the shower was broken, I would say that overall the hotel was average

The hotel is nice. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. However, it's not at Benxi downtown. It's one hour far from Benxi downtown. the breakfast is also good.

It's located 1km away fr the bus station. It's a bit tough to get to the hotel on foot if you are dragging along a big luggage. It's easy to get a ride hailing from the hotel. We had problem on the electric power on off initially, the front desk quickly sent someone to attend on it. The breakfast has many variety to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.

The room was bright, spacious, and immaculate, offering a fantastic unobstructed view. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It was conveniently located with ample parking. The service was truly exceptional, and I can't wait to come back!

The surrounding area is a bit run-down, but the hotel itself is quite nice. I imagine it must have been quite a standout in its prime. It's not too far from Xiaoshi Yizhuang and Benxi Water Caves. Breakfast was acceptable, but we found small bugs, so hygiene definitely needs more attention.

On the 10th floor, the taps, showerhead, and toilet were all full of mud and sand. This meant I couldn't shower for an entire day and had to brush my teeth using bottled water. As a business traveler, I rarely leave negative feedback, but this was genuinely unacceptable.

For a trip to Benxi Water Caves, Xiaoshi Yizhuang is highly recommended. While the property might be a bit older and the facilities slightly dated, it's impeccably clean, and the service was incredibly attentive, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Very satisfied! 👍

My stay this time far exceeded all expectations; it absolutely deserves a perfect score! The service was incredibly thoughtful; when I needed an extra pillow mid-stay, the staff delivered it to my room within 10 minutes, always with a friendly smile, making me feel truly cared for. Lastly, the room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept incredibly soundly. The breakfast also offered a rich variety and was very fresh. Next time I'm in the city, I will absolutely choose to stay here again!

This location is absolutely perfect for a family trip with kids! The hotel itself features a pool and gym, and it's right next to a shopping mall. Inside the mall, a 'Star Motion Zone' entertainment center is more than enough to keep the children entertained from morning till night. A subway station is conveniently located just outside, and there are several massive bathhouses nearby. Although we didn't book a room with breakfast, there are tons of restaurants right by the hotel entrance, and we found a fantastic hand-pulled noodle shop right across the street where we ate until we were absolutely stuffed! Highly recommended! I didn't get a chance to photograph the room, but here's a picture from the play area instead.

Facilities: All facilities are pretty good and quite new! Check-in was very quick. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, very spacious, and had air conditioning. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was quite generous, with many good options. However, the main drawback was the slow replenishment once items ran out. This was particularly noticeable when tour groups were present, making it almost impossible to get anything to eat. Lastly, the hotel is very close to Shuishui Cave, and it offers a large, free parking lot. It's an excellent choice if you're planning a trip to Shuishui Cave!

This is an established upscale hotel, but some of the facilities are showing their age. For example, one of the bedside lamps was broken, and the in-room mini-fridge wasn't cooling at all. Breakfast was quite mediocre; while it was enough to fill you up, both the variety of options and the taste were a bit underwhelming.

The room was quite grubby, and the air felt dusty. The facilities were outdated. The shower was problematic: the drain was clogged, and the shower head was erratic, either spraying a strong, focused jet or not working at all. To make matters worse, the phone was broken. It was such a frustrating experience that my child even struggled to take a shower. On a positive note, the food served on the hotel's second floor was decent.

The room was good, and the service was fine. I have a small suggestion: At breakfast, there were two staff members specifically assigned to collect meal vouchers at the entrance. I noticed a guest, who had breakfast included for two, brought a child, and they were inflexibly charged 19 yuan. This policy definitely needs improvement when compared to other HUAZHU hotels.

When traveling with children, cleanliness and tidiness are absolutely essential, and this place delivered! The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to the manager! It's also conveniently located not far from the attractions. We'll definitely stay here again next time. Overall, the standout features were the cleanliness, the warm hospitality, and the thoughtful service.
