They even thoughtfully provided three sets of toiletries for our child! The people of Benxi are so welcoming! The location is also very convenient; getting a taxi and visiting attractions is super easy. Besides the designated parking spaces, you can also park on the street near the hotel. We didn't get a parking ticket when we left the next day. The receptionist was beautiful and kind, and the service was impeccable—super welcoming! The decor is exquisite, the facilities are new, and the hotel is right next to the highway exit, making it very easy to find. In short, everything was perfect—a first-class experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The hotel was newly renovated and had no unpleasant odors. The linens, sheets, and duvet covers were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable and relaxing. It was very quiet to rest. The staff kindly brought up a clothes rack to the room since there was none. The Wi-Fi speed was also very good. I would choose this hotel again next time.

The staff were very friendly and the stay was pleasant. We liked it a lot; it was newly renovated, which we appreciated. We chose this place because we didn't have time to visit Benxi to see the autumn leaves. We called ahead to inquire, and the staff were very helpful.

The hygiene was appalling! The pillowcases hadn't been changed, and the shower gel was diluted with water. A room costing over 200 yuan didn't even provide toothpaste or a toothbrush. The receptionist was pale and sullen, and he was smoking while attending to guests. Unbelievable! I was terrified after just one experience!

The room was spacious and simply decorated. The environment was clean and hygienic, and the bath towels and hand towels were clean, hygienic, and odorless.

Because family members came to visit us, we upgraded from a standard room to a room with two double beds. The front desk was very kind and even arranged for us to stay in the room opposite theirs. It was a great experience for us, and we'll definitely come back if we need to.
