The location is fantastic, right next to Benxi Station. The environment is pretty good, and it's great value for money. However, if you have high standards, it might not be the best fit. The service was perfunctory, especially one of the front desk staff. The door lock in our room was broken and wouldn't close. She claimed that 'no room in the hotel can be locked.' Yet, the second room she showed us *could* be locked, and we even demonstrated it in front of her, but she still argued.

I checked out on the morning of June 3rd and stayed in the lobby until past 3 PM. When I left, I forgot a box of facial masks. I received no notification whatsoever. Do they not check rooms after guests check out, or do they just keep forgotten items? No one called to remind me, and they didn't even inspect the room when I checked out.

Super close to the train station, you can see it from the ticket hall! The location is fantastic, the environment is clean, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!!!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location near the train station was excellent. I chose this hotel because it was ranked first in the budget hotel search. I was impressed by the warm and attentive service from Xiao Jia at the front desk. From entering the hotel lobby to the entire stay, I would recommend it. The only downsides were that the bath towels were too stiff, like a scrubbing towel, and the hairdryer needed replacing; it sounded like a bomber when turned on! Otherwise, I had a good impression. There was also a male staff member at the front desk in the evening whose name I don't remember, but he was also very friendly. Apart from the facilities needing improvement, the comfort and quietness of the stay were very good!
