很好很滿意，位置也方便，離火車站很近，走一會就到了，也很乾凈，特別好，設施裝修都很新，酒店也有機器人，點外賣送餐都很方便，下次來本溪還會定這裏

地理位置優越，停車位緊張，房間位於臨街，噪音大，房間新裝修的，還有裝修的味道，乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，服務態度熱情。

這家店是開業半年的新店，乾淨整潔，餐廳的飯菜中規中矩很一般，但餐廳大師傅非常熱情主動服務，對前台服務有很大的區別，前台是服務窗口，理應熱情服務，保安大叔非常不負責任且不文明，光着膀子在大堂喝酒吃飯，洗衣房內有客人洗完衣服滯留在洗衣機內不來取出，請前台客服來幫忙取出，可前台客服説讓我們等着人家客人來取，但又不知客人什麼時候來取，無奈衹好再等了一個小時後我自己取出，果不其然第二天早上發現那客人的衣服還在洗衣房裡，小小的一件事反應出前台客服既不通情達理又不專業！, 我的五星好評是給這家酒店餐廳大廚的，再次感謝大師傅的熱情服務！

虛假宣傳説是提供免費停車場，第一次住的時候説是沒位置，一定要讓我去旁邊的收費停車場，溝通多次才同意減免費用，第二次按照店員指示停完被罰款100。 房間隔音不好雙床房臨街晚上很吵，中央空調聲音很大，早餐衞生堪憂，選擇特別少
