The front desk clerk was so irritable, it felt like he was bullying outsiders and deceiving guests. We asked for a different room and they said no, but there were rooms available online. We arrived at around 5pm and the check-in was indeed a bit slow. We just said it was so slow, and they told us not to make things difficult for them.
