It’s an amazing spot having perfect location. Also very near the famous hot spring. Staffs are friendly and room is lovely.

The room was quite satisfactory, considering it's a business hotel, so my expectations weren't too high. The hotel's hot spring is relatively simple, but it was incredibly relaxing to soak in after a day of sightseeing. Plus, it's right by the sea, and a morning stroll along the beach was absolutely delightful.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Beppu, Japan. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance of Beppu Station, and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly. Ratings: - Room Cleanliness: 3/5 - Room Size: 3/5 - Breakfast: 4/5 - Spa: 3/5 Overall, this hotel is a good choice for travelers looking for a convenient location and easy access to transportation in Beppu.

The hotel is right next to Beppu Tower, about a 10-minute walk from Beppu Station. The room size is average, but it's fully functional, clean, and tidy, and the price is quite affordable. There's also a seaside park nearby, which is very convenient for watching the sunrise over Beppu Bay.

+ location: close to the bus stop going to the airport ( i need to catch an early morning flight) - it's just 2 minutes walk, sea water & mountain side view (good to see the sunset & sunrise without going out of the room), onsen was new, clean & nice setting. - there was no AC temperature setting & it was too cold for me.

Strategic location, just across the bus stop I was riding from Fukuoka airport. It was not far away from Beppu Station.

A lovely relaxing hotel right on the Beppu beach road. There was a definite air of old seaside town about the place and it was very chill - the onsen in the hotel itself was very nice and wasn't at all busy when we were there. The breakfast however did get quite crowded with tour groups so going down later worked the best for us - if you had to go in peak time there was often a queue. The room was compact but very comfortable and had all the things needed for a comfy stay. Staff were lovely and the japanese pj's provided we're a nice touch. Fantastic location for traveling around beppu as well as arriving from Fukuoka and leaving to Oita airport. The hotel is right next to both bus stops.
