Clean and big room. We had in room onsen. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff is friendly and nice. It is in a more secluded area, so make sure to drive when there is day light. Hope there is more signs

Excellent service, all staff were friendly and smiling, and the scenery was beautiful! The food was exquisite and delicious! You can soak in the hot spring right in your room! The vinyl records were a pleasant surprise! Very comfortable, highly recommended!!!

The staff's kindness goes without saying. I was very satisfied with the nice view, clean room, and private bathtub. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again. The yukata rental service is also a definite plus. I will definitely go back again.

Quite a hike up the slope to the hotel. It would be nice if there is car pick up and drop off between the hotel and main road. We were disappointed that there is no such service for a quick drop off down the hill when we leave (asked a day ahead). Luckily, no rain, and so we could walk down the slope to the bus stop reasonably. Well maintained hotel, cossy atmosphere with friendly staff, always with smile on face. Room has terrific scenery from balcony. Appreciate the furniture at the balcony are clean and really enjoy a sit there for drinks or coffee. Little private onsan in the room is the highlight. Restaurant is something I am expecting, a touch with contemporary heart and spirit. Both dinner and breakfast were nicely served, very good quality.

It has an incredible view over the city, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The onsen was nice, although the overall cleanliness could be improved. Unfortunately, the air conditioning had an unpleasant smell and appeared to have some mould, which was disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay with a fantastic view and great staff, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance.

This hotel is located on a mountain, making it more suitable for guests with their own transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage to the room and proactively introducing the various hotel facilities. The room is very spacious, with a private onsen, and the beautiful views from the window create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The traditional Japanese breakfast is rich and delicious!

When we were picking up our rental car at the hotel entrance, we realized there was an issue with it. We're so grateful to Ms. Satomi Inakawa at the front desk for her incredibly helpful assistance! She contacted the rental company for us and successfully resolved our problem. 🥰 Her service attitude was excellent, and the hotel environment was very comfortable too.

The quiz rally was a lot of fun. The scenery was great, and the hot springs were so enjoyable that I even took a dip after waking up. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.
