Overall, I'm satisfied. The facilities are modern, the environment is comfortable, and both the hot springs and swimming pool are worth enjoying. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient to find food. However, the hygiene could be improved, as there was quite a bit of dust in the room!

The hot spring and pool were both incredibly comfortable, and there were so many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also good, with an industrial design. Next time I'm in Beppu, I'll definitely choose this place again. I had a great experience.

The room was very clean, and the view from the public bath was fantastic. I also used the rooftop pool, which was a great spot since it had an onsen and sauna. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of local Oita dishes, which was very satisfying.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. The facilities are new, and it has a pool and a large public bath. The lobby also offers welcome drinks until 10 PM.

This four-star hotel's rooftop pool is even better than the five-star InterContinental's. I'd even say it feels better than Singapore's Marina Bay Sands, because the MBS rooftop pool sells sightseeing tickets, so there are too many tourists, which diminishes the experience no matter how well-designed it is. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and even includes sparkling wine, which is a rare find in hotel breakfasts.

The front desk staff who checked us in were very patient in explaining all the facilities and services, which we were very satisfied with. The breakfast was excellent, and they even had Ranoh eggs. The lobby had various yukatas available for rent, in both adult and children's sizes. The onsen (bathhouse) was a bit small, but offered nice night views of Beppu. We lost our room key upon checkout and had to pay 1500 yen for a replacement.

The hotel is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Beppu Station. It's new and modern, and the hot spring public bath was a great experience. The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel, and the facilities were excellent. While breakfast was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it – all-you-can-eat seafood bowls and tempura! Overall, it was a really good stay.
