A very beautiful hotel located in the center of the Old, Upper Town. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are all around. The manager's support via WhatsApp is very helpful. The guidebook, which is also sent, contains lots of useful tips; for example, we learned that the airport can be reached by bus. The breakfasts are excellent, and complimentary candies are always available in the lounge. Drinking water is also always available. The room is full of pleasant, comfortable, and practical touches. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place!

What a pleasant surprise place to stay in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is great location for restaurants and shopping and close enough to the train station and the airport. My favourite part was the beautiful presentation of the breakfast. Grazie mile I will be back!

A hotel full of history. The lobby and breakfast area is well decorated. Around 10/15 mins walk to train station, which is convenient.

Clean, friendly and very lovely location!

We stayed at Central Hostel BG as a family of three adults and two children, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for walking to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made travelling with kids much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. The beds were comfortable, and the hostel was generally quiet at night, allowing everyone to rest well. The common areas were tidy and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with directions and local information. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. For families looking for affordable accommodation in a central location, Central Hostel BG is a good option. We would recommend it to families who value location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Excellent location. We had 401 and 402 top floor which had balconies. Perfectly placed hotel, nice rooms and bathrooms and good coffee with a large TV and small fridge in room. Entrance is through pin codes on a keypad and this worked seemlessy and was very easy to use. Definitely would stay again..

This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy Highly recommended

As a temporary stop for those taking early morning budget flights, this accommodation offered good value for money. Since it was just for one night, the apartment building had three security gates, making it relatively quiet. Although it had shared bathrooms and showers, it was still quite convenient. In the morning, the landlord arranged for a blonde woman to take me to the airport; it only took 15 minutes and cost 30 euros.
