Best Western Hotel Piemontese Bergamo

Very good location, extremely clean and modern rooms, and very nice staff. I would definitely stay there if I return.

It was a very nice stay! The hotel is in a very good location - right next to the railway station and 20 mins away to the airport by bus. The main attractions are also on close proximity, as well as cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is also great. The staff is super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

Super close to the train station, friendly staff who made me feel welcom, and a lovely hotel room. Bed was very comfortable and I was a five minute walk from The shops, about 20-30 minutes on foot from the main sights of Bergamo. After checkout I was able to leave my luggage to enjoy the town before catching a train. Perfect for me as a solo traveller going by train. There were only two minor things that I’d seek more clarity on if I stayed again - I couldn’t figure out how the air-con in the room worked (it looked like it had two separate controls), and it was a little unclear how to re-enter the building when getting back late (knocking on the glass until I caught the night porter’s attention!). Because it was such a short stay, I didn’t end up asking staff about this so I’d consider those points to be very minor, I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and a good location from the airport and other public transportation.

Hotel is most conveniently located. 3 minutes walk to train station. A short bus ride to old town. Paid parking facilities available . Many restaurants within short distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good value for money.
