Terrible place. Do not come here. No help, no service. I paid for two nights, but were not allowed in. We have been waiting for our room that we already paid for for 30 hours! I have never been treated this bad ever in any of my travels! If you want a nice stay, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We have chosen Bonomelli for its fantastic location (5 min walk to train station) . But we were also pleasantly suprised with other things as well-friendly host, clean and comfy room and a lovely breakfast.

Обман! Это не отель!!!! И отзывы про отель не реальные, т.к. не могли писать реальные люди, это не отель!!! это просто сдаётся квартира в подъезде. На сайте указано отель, стойка регистрации, ресторан, хранение багажа - это всё не правда. Если хотите квест в чужой стране "как связаться с хозяином и узнать хоть какую-то информацию в чужой стране" , то можете забронировать. Оплаченную сумму не возвращают.
