Very clean and functional hotel conveniently located near the train and bus station. Rooms are spacious and well looked after; breakfast is tasty with lots of hot and cold food available; quiet location off the main road. Friendly and attentive staff.

I spent one night at nh bergamo and found it perfect for location, near rail station and service. Breakfast was very good too. Room super clean.

It was a great experience. The staff were amazing and welcoming. We had complimentary breakfast, which was lovely. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

No frills hotel, we stayed here because of the location and it has a carpark next to the hotel which we can park the car for a night at euro 15/day. Room was quite spacious, decor was abit on the old side.

It's great as always; I stay here every time. The room isn't big, but it's very cozy, and the bedding is nice. I can even hear a clock chiming every day, which I use as an alarm.

Super awesome breakfast. Excellent service throughout. Conveniently located in the center and close to the train station. Great, warm room. I really loved everything about this hotel! You can leave your luggage after check-out. I travel a lot, and this hotel is very well thought out and convenient for guests.

The hotel was very unreasonable. My phone was stolen on the day of booking. Someone else booked the wrong time with their phone. They had already checked in. We negotiated to change the time to the same day or to cancel the wrong booking. And we couldn't book on Ctrip, but we could book on other platforms. It was an unfair clause. Great hotel near the train station and 10 minutes drive from the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great service and friendly staff. Great breakfast! I recommend! Please note that the hotel is located closer to the outskirts of the city and do not go for a walk towards the train station, it may be unsafe there, but this does not apply to the hotel, rather a recommendation for the location.

The location is very good, very close to the train station and very convenient to Citta Alta. However, the room is relatively small and the style is a bit old-fashioned.
