The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and spoke multiple languages. The location was also excellent, close to the beach and the fish market. I booked a single room, and although it was small, it was cozy and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel is small but very cozy, with complimentary coffee and bread all day. The front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel's spiral staircase is particularly unique, and the location is excellent. There's a cruise ship terminal in front, and a hill with distinctive houses behind – hiking up for panoramic city views is absolutely stunning!

The receptionist was very kind and friendly, which made for a pleasant trip. The room had a vintage feel; it wasn't new, but I think it was of sufficient quality for a short stay. However, the only downside was that there were fewer towels provided compared to other hotels, with only one bath towel and one hand towel.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is close to everything. The train goes up to see the city view, the park, the shopping area, the bar where people like to go, just a short walk. We went and saw the sun every day. We were very lucky to visit Bergen this time. The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed it very much. 😆 The room was clean. The city view was very beautiful. The staff was lovely. But there is no parking. I recommend parking at the nearby parking building. Parking is a bit expensive. 😂
