Due to the delayed arrival of the Color Line cruise ship in Oslo, I missed my train to Bergen and had to postpone my trip to another day. I informed your hotel about this situation through the application two days in advance. I asked whether it would be possible to move my reservation to a new date, or alternatively provide a refund if no rooms were available. However, I did not receive any response from your side for two full days. Because I was waiting for an answer from the hotel, I also missed other accommodation alternatives in Bergen and was seriously inconvenienced. As a business operating in the tourism sector, it is unacceptable that a tourist traveling abroad cannot reach the property or receive a response for days. If you had informed me earlier that the hotel was fully booked, I could have made other arrangements. Missing Bergen in the first place was already caused by circumstances completely beyond my control. When I finally managed to reach you again on the day I arrived in Bergen, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that no refund could be provided. I would like to express my great disappointment with this experience.

Check in procedure according to email sent by hotel. Overall the mattress was comfortable with window view . Location very near to railway station n supermarket

Pros: good location and good price Cons: hard to find the main entrance. Hot water is not consistent , sometimes no hot water supply. Very late check in at 4pm. NO shampoo, soap or bathing gel provided. No sounds proof due to thin wall.

Zero hot water for even a quick shower, crazy place to live in. Devil cold even in summer time, everybody just dont come here. Spiral steps to climb 3 floors, dont even think about carrying a luggage.

Really nice apartment with everything you need
