The location is quite good, just a 10-minute drive from the city center, and there are many supermarkets nearby. The room is very clean. The room was a bit small, but I feel like most hotels in Europe are. It's pretty average. Citybox is a chain, and this one is a bit out of the city center. It's right next to a parking lot, and you can even charge electric cars there. Much better than staying in the city center! Recommended!

Rebooked this place after our first stay coz its beds are really comfy, and is strategically located to where we were supposed to pick up our rental car (3 min walk away). Value for money hotel! The self-service check in is pretty straight forward too.

The location is excellent, just 240 meters from the Avis downtown car rental, making it ideal for anyone planning to pick up a rental car. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the heated bathroom is a fantastic feature! Check-in is self-service with no staff at the front desk. However, I encountered a small issue upon arrival, and I'm incredibly grateful to a tall male hotel staff member for his enthusiastic assistance. The service was truly five-star, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Bergen.
