Nice hotel next to Bensberger Schloss. Friendly check in, free parking and good breakfast. Located right in the city center.

My wife and I stayed for one night in late-October 2021 as part of a short road-trip. We were welcomed in a very friendly way (by a young male receptionist/manager) who helped direct our car when we couldn't find the hotel (despite being very near to it) - and were treated really well throughout. Our room was fantastic and the breakfast area is very pleasant. Also great to have such easy parking on site. NB We are (now, belatedly!) reading in some of these reviews that there's some kind of mini-bar (!?) with complimentary drinks... we didn't know/weren't made aware of that, but I guess that may have been our own fault! Damn! Oh well! :-) Anyway, big thanks to the hotel. We would love to stay here again whenever we are back in the area.

Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber, liebevolles und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im Hotel Malerwinkel und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben das Arrangement in Kombi mit dem Mediterana gewählt, was aufgrund des kurzen Weges (6 Autominuten) auch sehr empfehlenswert ist.

Ein sehr schönes, freundliches Hotel. Das Serviceteam ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu 3 Freundinnen dort und unser Wunsch, Zimmer nebeneinander zu belegen, wurde sofort umgesetzt. Die Umsichtigkeit und Ohrstöpfsel bereit zu legen, da Karneval war, gleichfalls die Espresso-Maschine und bei nicht in Anspruchnahme des Zimmerservices fanden wir großartig. Frühstück fand in einem lichtdurchfluteten Wintergarten statt und für jeden Geschmack war gesorgt. Selbst liebevoller vorbereiteter Joghurt mit Früchten. Wir hatten ein Arrangement mit 1 Tag im Mediterrana und 1 Wanderung gebucht. Trotz hoher Auslastung im Mediterrana konnten wir direkt durchgehen und die Wanderung mit Proviant haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für das sehr schöne Wochenende. PS.: mein vergessener Bademantel wurde mir in einem liebevollem Päckchen nachgesandt

Unglaublich freundlicher Empfang, sehr schöne Suite, tolles Frühstück, es war wirklich alles perfekt! Das Hotel ist durchdacht konzipiert, auf Details wird hier großen Wert gelegt. Hierher kommt man gerne noch einmal zurück.

Zimmer sind alle sehr schön, sehr geschmaksvoll eingerichtet. -sehr gutes Frühstück. Wunderschöne Anlage um das Hotel. Genügend Parkplätze. Schöner Garten für das Frühstück oder ein Bierchen, oder einen guten Schluck Wein nach dem Tagesausflug. Einfach schön man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen.

Wir waren kurz mal hier und vollkommen überrascht! So genial, wie hier die Gästezimmer in die Fachwerkhäuser "eingepasst" sind, sowas haben wir noch nicht kennengelernt!! Echt gemütlich! Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Wir werden wieder mal vorbei schauen!!
