Its a wonderful place to stay. The people are friendly. The staff was great. The road is a little rough to get to the property. All in all I would give it 4.5 stars. Very quiet love the little cottages. If you are looking for a quiet little place to get away. And relax. You should give it a try.

This is a great place to get away from the world. My wife and I stayed in a cabin as a base to hike at parks around the area. It was nice to come back and use the soak tub after hiking each day. Berkeley springs is a nice little town. They have many family owned restaurants with great food. We plan on returning to the cool font to stay in a cabin again.

Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors.

Climbing to a third story room when there was no one on the first two floors was a bit baffling. (We’re old) The room was a pleasant surprise as it was spacious and clean and the second bath was truly appreciated. We couldn’t use the bedroom bathroom sink as the stopper seemed to be permanently stopped. Being greeted at the main door was regrettable as the trash receptacle was overflowing. All in all not a bad stay but a return is doubtful.

The outside of the resort definitely needs some TLC, but our room was very clean. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. The price for one night of $200 was a bit expensive but overall we enjoyed Berkeley Springs.

The pool was closed for repairs, a fact that was only shared when we checked in. That was disappointing, especially because their heating swimming facility is advertised on a big sign in town. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. It was large, with two bathrooms. It’s essentially two rooms, but the door between the living room and bedroom didn’t have a lock on the inside, so it doesn’t quite provide total privacy. Rooms are quiet. Overall it’s a good value, albeit with the ambience of a work-in-progress.

This place is great , beautiful cabin 😍, great pool water was warm, gym facilities fantastic, lake beautiful and lots to do in town with unforgettable sights.

Easy check-in at the front desk made for a smooth arrival. The cabin itself was spotless, and we loved the extra blankets and pillows, which made it feel cozy and well-stocked from the moment we walked in. The space heater/fireplace, fridge and mini kitchenette were a nice bonus. We brought snacks from home and mostly explored dining in town, but having that little setup made everything more convenient. Speaking of town, highly recommend the Cacapon Mountain Brewery and the Cardinal Bar… both great spots worth building your evening around. The road leading up to the cabin is a bit bumpy, but honestly? It only added to the charm. It felt like you were really getting away from it all, and by the time you arrived, you were fully in cabin mode. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean for a cabin in the woods. Furniture outdated and worn out. Had to get our own outdoor chairs from another cabin because ours were broken. Pool and fitness center not open. Outdoor light not working and chain on door broken. Stay was comfortable for quiet relaxing which was the goal but could have been better with regular upkeep of cabin.
