Extremely comfortable bed and room, employees were okay but the only one that really stood out to me and has amazing customer service and amazing hospitality was the lovely worker named Fernanda, she was super welcoming and lovely I would like to thank her specially for my experience!

Good hostel, modern, definitely recommended. The lounge area is nice, but there’s no kitchen as indicated here. Friendly staff as well

The location is a little remote, but the environment is very good. The room area is large and the hygiene is clean.

the good place for staying. very friendly people at the reception aka coffeeshop. the rooms are nice and clean. all the shared bathrooms are clean too, and not smelly, and everything is working well. what i didnt like is the hearing. the doors to the rooms and bathrooms are so heavy and they make so much noise when being closed so you can hear the claps all the time. And also there was just one socket for charging, which is not enough when you have much equipment while travelling.. But anyways, I was satisfied with this place.

The hostel is huge, so if you pick a room far from the elevator, it's going to be a really long walk. I recommend choosing a room closer to it. There were lots of murals in the hallway, which was cool. Everything else was fine, but the radiator wasn't working. When I asked the front desk, they said it was too late to change rooms and they didn't know how to operate it, so I ended up sleeping in my puffer jacket.
