It was a ok hotel for us. Room was ok. Location is little outside from main markets.

It is a 15 minute walk from U/S Bran, but shopping is very convenient with several shopping malls nearby including Primark/bikin & the largest KaDeWe in Germany. But early October has been hot from the central air conditioning on the heating to sleep .... Fortunately, the hotel provides fans and open the windows after it can be, the room has enough space to open all 2 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases.

The toilet paper was inadequate; it was better in East German times. If I book a hotel room and then, after my night shift, have to listen to them tell me I can't buy beer because it's breakfast time, I'm completely baffled. I'd like an explanation for that. It's not like a hotel should be patronizing its customers. In the evenings at the hotel bar, you actually have to go around the corner and point out to the staff that guests actually want to make a sale (i.e., buy drinks). The staff is there, but I had to ask them for better service. I wasn't the only one who was completely dissatisfied with the hotel bar. This should be monitored, or rather, they should ask themselves what they're being paid for. Overall, a nice hotel, but the service, despite the staff being there, is questionable. The hand soap and shower gel were both unusable because they were broken and wouldn't dispense. The carpet on the floor was quite dirty, but everything else was fine.

The room was very clean but the entrance was a bit dirty.

The environment is comfortable, and I am very satisfied.

Close to metro station: Wittenbergpl. I just got off the plane and arrived that day. I arrived at the hotel around 10am, thinking of putting my luggage away. The waiter was very nice and said there was a room for me to check in immediately, very courteous.
