The room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel staff were also very welcoming and friendly. It's right by a subway station, and very close to the Berlin Wall Memorial, less than a 10-minute walk away. It's also not far from the Central Station, about three stops away. Overall, it's very convenient. Although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant area was also quite large, and the facilities were relatively complete.

Very close to Berlin Central Station, and also very close to the subway/tram if you want to explore the city center. There's a supermarket and a drugstore nearby, which is very convenient. The room was clean and spacious enough.

Sufficient for 1-2 nights, and the location is perfect for quickly reaching key attractions (Rosenthaler Platz, Central Station, Museum Island). Unfortunately, the beds were just pushed together, and we regularly had a gap between us. Also, the air conditioning didn't really work – the room wouldn't cool down. The headboard (faux leather) was worn and porous, and in the bathroom, the hook was mounted on the wall instead of the tile mirror, which led to noticeable water stains and discoloration.

Due to a canceled flight, I was only able to arrive a day later. As a result, I lost an entire night's accommodation and breakfast. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel showed absolutely no understanding or flexibility. I was offered neither a partial refund nor any alternative solution. I had expected significantly more understanding and cooperation in such an exceptional situation. Furthermore, the rooms were extremely cold, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, I didn't feel that anyone was making any effort to help me or find a satisfactory solution. All in all, it was a very negative experience. Due to the lack of goodwill and the inadequate comfort, I would not book this hotel again and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

I stayed for three days and they only cleaned one day. Even then, they didn't change the pillows or blankets.

I was truly satisfied with this place. It was so clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable... I give it full marks. It's the best!
