The room was very clean with no bed bugs, and the soundproofing was good—no noise disturbance from the neighboring rooms. It's also very close to various attractions with convenient public transportation. You can take the S9 train from the airport (I recommend buying the ABC day pass; you can download the BVG app to purchase it online, so there's no need to validate or swipe tickets). From there, it's just a short walk to the hotel, and you can even see the Berlin TV Tower. Disposable slippers are provided, but there are no disposable toothbrushes or similar items. The room size is quite decent; you can lay your luggage flat open without blocking your way around. There are great coffee shops just a few hundred meters away, shopping areas are within walking distance, and a dm drugstore is very close by on foot. The location is fantastic. The hotel features a lounge lobby and breakfast service (available for an extra charge). The staff were friendly, and luggage storage is free of charge.

Very well maintained, clean hotel and a beautiful suite. Easy to get to when driving with a secure carpark on site, however this does have extra charges. We were happy to pay these for the safety of our vehicle while exploring Berlin via an open top bus ride or walking from the hotel. Excellent breakfast choice and very fresh. Friendly and helpful team if you have any questions.

A bit far from Berlin Central Station, about a 40-minute walk 🚶🚶. The service was quite good, and it's the same hotel chain I stayed at in Cologne. The cleanliness was also very good, definitely recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for all the things to see and do in Berlin! Close to a train station and Museum Island Would highly recommend this hotel. Comfy beds, room clean, cant comment on restaurant as didn't eat there. 5⭐️

Great Hotel, and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and the bar terrific. It is just the best tourist position in Berlin. All of the main attractions are in walking distance. Tucked away in a quiet street near the river, Cathedral, Art Gallery and museums just over a bridge. Near to Brandenburg Gate down from unter den Linden. I recommend it.
