Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof Reviews

- close to Berlin Ostbahnhof station - friendly staff (Barkeeper mixed a wrong cocktail but got the next one for free) - good breakfas

Room was having dusts all over.. place your phone on the side desk, woke up with full of dust on the screen. 🫪 Location is good.

The location is convenient, very close to the train station. The room was comfortable and clean, and my friend and I had a very pleasant stay. They also offer a very secure luggage storage service. We really liked this hotel.

No closet and generally very little storage space.

Great room and and really good location

Sweet stay, nice Welcome Drink! Will come again for sure someday

The room was a bit small and there were communication issues. I was told early check-in would be free, but then they charged me for it upon arrival.

Good vibe and service. Smart staff. Delicious food. However, the bed is small and to soft.

in a word: Excellent. The location is perfect, since public transport in Berlin is always available and wherever you are, it is always easy to find your way back to Ostbahnhof. Staff is friendly and helpful and it is a treat to get a drink at the 24h bar.

The room was a bit small but clean. The 24-hour bar is a unique feature.

Hotel is quite new and in a great location for airport access and also exploring all of central Berlin - good public transport links as well as cool stuff within walking distance. Room was small but clean and neat - would be nice to add coffee and tea making to the bedroom (there is space) but we knew that we wouldn’t have them from the room description. We had an ongoing issue with our door key not working which was apparently connected to a large extension/renovation happening to the hotel while we were there. The staff were generally great including being open to a discussion on the fact we’d already been charged the city tax as part of our original booking and payment, and also apologetic on checkout about the door key not working and offered us a free breakfast as compensation. I would stay at this hotel again for sure :)

Had a very sound sleep and was well rested after the night. Coffee was outstanding
