Not bad place, little bit noisy but generally good place, location is good!

It was a shame there was no kitchen. Free luggage storage is available before check-in. The shower room is outside the actual room. The common areas were a bit cramped.

Had a lovely stay! Room was very clean and Reception was helpful. Very fun decor around the building.

The bedding was clean and the facilities were tidy. However, I wish there were more hair dryers. The soundproofing against noise from the hallway wasn't great, but I didn't notice any noise between rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied, and I especially enjoyed my trip because I met great people in the same room. The location is also very convenient, right in front of the station. If I come to Berlin again, I would definitely want to stay here!

It is an amazing hostel! The infrastructure is really good and there are many cool events, types of rooms, a nice breakfast and everything is very clean. Ill definitely recommend to others and I had a really nice time during Berlin’s winter.

Quite clean and close to metro station. You will need a padlock to store your things inside the room.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was very inadequate. Also, for the first time ever, I saw here that we only had one right to a tea or coffee 😨 The toilet and bathroom were insufficient. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathrooms. If you want towels, you have to pay for them. I made the reservation through Trip.com and paid with my credit card. When I was about to check into the hotel, the receptionist said that payment hadn't been made. I showed them the payment receipt. They said, "I don't know." Then they asked for my credit card details. They said, "I'm just going to write it down, not put it on the computer." They assured me, "Your card won't be charged." But the next day, they tried to charge my card 160 euros. Then I went to the reception and asked, "Why did you try to charge my card? Didn't Trip.com make the payment?" They said it had been paid. I asked, "Why are you trying to charge my card again?" They replied, "Oh, sorry, it must have been a mistake." Is that something that can just happen by mistake? I asked them to delete my card details from the system. I hope they have deleted them. I'm afraid they might try to charge my card again. I think I'll block my card and get a new one. All the staff were very rude. I definitely do not recommend it.

Can't really say. They were quite rude in answering inquiries so decided not to push through. I still got charged though. Oh well. Perhaps not suited for me.

First time solo travelling and staying at a hostel and im so happy I chose the Circus. Super convenient location (right across from trams and subway) so getting there from the airport was the easiest thing ever! Friendly staff and nice clean rooms, beds were so big and comfortable and the shared toilets/showers were always looking and smelling clean. Chilled atmosphere and they host daily nightly activities to help you mingle with our travellers. Overall I loved this place and would 100% stay again next time I visit 😊💕

This was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, at this price, it's unbeatable. They have free lockers, which are hardly available in any European countries at the moment. And they have multiple toilets and they are really clean. And if I talk about the location it is unbelievable, just outside of the hostel. It’s 10/10
