This was the most satisfying hotel of our European trip; everything was perfect. The only minor drawback was that the hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were hard to pump out. The location was great, with a supermarket right next door making shopping very convenient. It was also within walking distance of all the major attractions.

Good location but not excellent, and very poor front desk service. The hotel itself is pleasant though!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Berlin in terms of value for money. It's my go-to place in Berlin.

We stayed at NH Collection Berlin Mitte for two nights over the weekend. Overall, it’s a great value for a short trip. The location is excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (comfortable bed, great bathroom, TV). The best part was the sauna included in the price — perfect after cold winter walks, and it’s open until 10 pm. Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food.

The hotel's location is ideal for visiting Berlin. The front desk staff are welcoming and professional. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. However, the major downside is the soundproofing. It feels like the window is open even when it's closed, due to the amount of outside noise. The insulation from the corridor is also insufficient; you can easily hear conversations and other guests passing by. So, if you're a light sleeper or have trouble sleeping, this might not be the most suitable hotel, despite its excellent location.
