This was my second stay in six months, and once again it was a great experience. The hotel’s location at Ostbahnhof is excellent — with S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams, and buses all right at your doorstep, getting anywhere in the city is effortless. I also really appreciated the public transportation pass provided by the hotel, which made moving around Berlin extremely convenient and stress-free throughout my stay.

Really enjoyed our stay , friendly staff and great location, basic room but suited us great. Free travel during our stay which was a bonus. no kettle in the room, But overall a great hotel and good value for money. Holzmarkt is a must visit and a very short walk away and the hotel is close to a nice park with beautiful water features. The train station is next door and only 20 minutes direct to Berlin airport. 24 hour mc Donald’s next door meaning you can get a hot drink any time. Great Italian restaurant near by Terrazza Portofino very good value for fresh food and fantastic customer service.

I was scared by assistant.Maybe they need more training about service. And l even has several days fordreams. But the hotel is very quiet，if you have strict requirements for sleep environments，it will be a good choice. The breakfast is simple，there is not too much choice while it can meet your basic need. As.for the trafic，it's well. the hotel is next to the metro station and bus station. it's very convenient. And around the hotel，on the way to subway station，there is a samll shopping center which includes market subway and coffee bread shop.

You are getting also as a member a card of free travelling! Super nice

A hotel near the train station, a room overlooking the station concourse. With the window open, it was terribly noisy. Another reservation at this hotel was canceled a few days before arrival without any explanation! I don't recommend it; the phone staff barely speaks English.

Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the essentials, including comfortable beds and ample workspace. Overall, IntercityHotel Berlin Ostbahnhof is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure. The combination of location, comfort, and thoughtful amenities makes it a standout option. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next trip to Berlin!

Location is quite convenient just next to the train station, amenities are basic, but the bed sheet and pillow are dirty with dust.

Location is so good. It is right in the Ostbahnhof station. Room is also nice. It is good place to stay shortly with cheaper price.

The hotel is located above Berlin Ostahnhof (East Berlin station), which has a number of takeaway eateries, pharmacy and a couple of supermarkets for convenience. It is however not within walking distance to some of the key attractions such as Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie etc and there is no close-by metro station. The room we stayed in had a lingering cigarette smell and the carpet is quite dated. Otherwise, everything was clean and had what you need.

Location is good. But the hotel room seems old and no kettle in the room. Got to request for it.
