The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.

It advertised the hotel as having a pool, but when I arrived it said the pool was unavailable. They did not seem interested in offering any compensation or alternative facilities

Great hotel with pool and spa

Very comfortable and clean in quiet area. Very good bed and good air cond. good service from front desk. Bus 200 convenient to go to the center. The only thing is that I booked the upper storey rooms via Trip.com but the property received the booking order from thrid party Hotels .com for a standard room in lower levels (at a lower price) so obviiously trip.com is taking inventories from ********** and get its margin by booking lower room cathegory. It was probably a connection problems between trip.com and ********** systems. Everything was solved on the next day.

Very clean and easy to access to the attractions nearby

Close to bus stop, silent environment, the room size is relatively big compared with other same level hotel. Need to ask front desk to borrow kettle if for boiling water but the staff can well answer in short time.

Parking for €29 per day in the underground parking garage beneath the hotel. I was able to charge my electric car for free. A bathtub in the room. Clean room and hotel itself. Free use of the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Good service and friendly staff.

I felt at ease and had a truly wonderful time. Everything was more beautiful than expected. The view was priceless.

The first room I moved into had blood and hair on the bed. Then the second room, where I noticed that the heating in the bathroom wasn't working. I had to use a hairdryer to heat up the bathroom so I could take a bath. After more than two hours I was given a portable radiator, which had fallen apart, broken wheels, etc. The actual heating also stopped working overnight. I complained. The service didn't care at all. There was no apology, no offer of coffee or anything like that. I was then offered another room. At 10 a.m. I cleared my things out of the room I had already moved into and dropped them off downstairs. I came back after three hours because I had to spend so much time in the city. When I got back I said I wanted to move into my new room and was told that it was still being cleaned and I would have to wait. Here too I was not offered a coffee, a drink or anything as compensation. I sat like a vagabond with my suitcase in the lobby and had to wait for about half an hour. As a result I couldn't use a room I had paid for more expensively for over four hours. In the evening, a man with long hair at reception was very unfriendly. At breakfast, we had to say several times every morning for two nights that the sausage and everything else had to be refilled. The hotel was absolutely terrible and not worth the money. Trip.com offered me something as compensation, which I thought was great, but nothing from the hotel, not even an apology, but I still got the full amount. And those are just a few of the things I've listed....

I visited on a business trip. It was close to the downtown area and clean.

Solid hotel in a quiet location. Service was okay, but not all requests, such as a second duvet, could be fulfilled immediately. Unfortunately, the mattress was so springy that I always woke up when my partner moved.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal. It was close to attractions, restaurants and shopping, which made it very convenient to explore the city. I can fully recommend this hotel and will certainly come back next time I'm in town.
