Amazing location just a stones throw from tiergarten with all its natural beauty. The spa was great, we spent the morning between the sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool. Had a lovely stay and would go back in the blink of an eye.

3 Stops from Berlin Zoologisher garden where you can connect to both S Bahn and U bahn. Staff is very friendly and always willingly to assist.

The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.

It advertised the hotel as having a pool, but when I arrived it said the pool was unavailable. They did not seem interested in offering any compensation or alternative facilities

Great hotel with pool and spa

Very comfortable and clean in quiet area. Very good bed and good air cond. good service from front desk. Bus 200 convenient to go to the center. The only thing is that I booked the upper storey rooms via Trip.com but the property received the booking order from thrid party Hotels .com for a standard room in lower levels (at a lower price) so obviiously trip.com is taking inventories from ********** and get its margin by booking lower room cathegory. It was probably a connection problems between trip.com and ********** systems. Everything was solved on the next day.

Very clean and easy to access to the attractions nearby

Parking for €29 per day in the underground parking garage beneath the hotel. I was able to charge my electric car for free. A bathtub in the room. Clean room and hotel itself. Free use of the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Good service and friendly staff.

I felt at ease and had a truly wonderful time. Everything was more beautiful than expected. The view was priceless.

I was satisfied with the holiday, but dissatisfied with the front desk service, especially at 3:20 PM local time on November 15th when I went to collect my luggage. The male staff member in charge didn't respond at all when I thanked him at the check-in counter. He was completely indifferent. I was informed upon check-in that I had extended my stay by one day and was assigned to the same room. When I called to inquire, he said, "You should have told me earlier." I told him I had already mentioned it at check-in. If it weren't for his rudeness when collecting my luggage, I wouldn't be writing this review. This man is truly unprofessional.

Hello! Since I already know the hotel and was satisfied the first time, it didn't disappoint me this time either. After a long day, I enjoyed the sauna and a swim in the pool. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was lacking. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. The reception staff were helpful and had an answer for everything. So, all in all, I was very satisfied. Next time I'm in Berlin, I'll definitely stay at the Pestana again! Thank you!
