Very clean hotel with excellent room facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and also great with kids – we felt completely comfortable. Would definitely come again.

In a silence location. Near to bus stop. Excellent breakfast. Comfort room.

Good service, can early check in, have photo taking area and is free of charge. If the showering area have door will be much more better.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Really like the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. The location is generally good but it will be better if it is closer to metro station

All round excellent little hotel.

Regarding location, it depends how you look it at. There is no nearby underground or tram. But there is a bus stop nearby which can take you straight to zoologischer garten, where there are so many things to do, either touristing places or shopping. For us, it is not an issue. There is no kettle in the hotel, which we wished they had provided because we wanted to make some coffee We ordered pizza from the bar , which is actually really good. No complaints regarding cleanliness

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a lovely stay. The room was a bit smaller, but well-equipped and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is less centrally located than other accommodations. So, you'll need to plan on some walking and combine your errands with a stay in the city center.

The breakfast was so wonderful and healthy! (Muesli / fresh grains / fruit... wholemeal bread & rolls)) Unfortunately I couldn't try all the good things

First the toilet lid and the toilet seat were not secure and I fell off the toilet and hit the wall. Then I changed rooms with my luggage... Early in the morning I was naked in the room and suddenly, without knocking, the cleaning lady was standing in... Unbelievable
