Awful! The staff at reception has no knowledge of anything, they are disrespectful, aggressive. And they always invent something to try to keep your money.

The hotel is VERY well located and the room is spacious and well ventilated. The hotel staff is friendly and helps a lot. However, the entire room is covered with a carpet that looks dirty and stained. Overall, however, I think it's worth the stay. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay well located and not spend a lot.

Located in a convenient area. The room was an adequate size. Be aware that the hotel charges 20€ per night extra for a crib. They also charge 20€ per night for parking. Breakfast is 15€ per adult and 8€ children.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, with a supermarket on the first floor. I read some reviews about the carpet not being cleaned. And that is true, that carpet needs a cleaning ASAP. But I won't give this hotel 4 or 3 stars because, for the money I paid, I got a very fair value. And I am sure the management will take note of the carpet when they will read this review. However, since the hotel was not full, we got upgraded to a bigger room, with a couch on it, so I would like to thank the staff for that. We will return to that hotel when in Berlin.

Lovely clean hotel in good location for us seeing friends Had everything we needed except a safe key would have been good to take with us.
