"Located on edge of town next to railway station. Nice hotel with friendly staff. A really nice bar to have drinks in. Breakfast area ticks all the boxes, nicely cooked. . 👍🏻 Rooms are clean with tea/coffee facilities and complimentary bottles of water. The room floor slopes slightly which caused a few 'staggers' Defo go back."

YHA Berwick

"This is not a review of the YHA or services offered, but something happening in the same building. Visited the building to attend a special exhibition of Lowry artwork, called Lowry and the Sea. Forty or so paintings and drawings have been collated to demonstrate Lowry's love of the sea in his later life. Exhibited on the top floor of the YHA building in the Granary Gallery it is well worth the visit if you are in the area. There is a charge to enter, but exclusions apply. e.g. YHA membership. Exhibition runs until 13th October 24"

"Great location with good access to parking. The 2 meals times we had were fantastic and nice to have 2 happy chef's willing to help and accommodate. Rooms were exactly what was needed. Julia was fantastic and happy made us feel very welcome. Great value."

"Host was most welcoming. Food was great. Bedrooms were superb. Decor was wonderful. I'd recommend this highly to anyone who is able to climb a flight of stairs. If you want somewhere to stay for 7 days self-catering, this would also be superb. To Trip advisor: this place SHOULD be listed under Berwick-on-Tweed as no-one is likely to search under Horncliffe"

"The location is good, the transportation is quite convenient, it is located on the seaside, and it is pleasant to walk along the beach. The town has nice scenery and there are castle ruins. I went up to see them. The breakfast is good, but I forgot to take pictures of the interior."
