Our best hotel on our 2 week trip to India ! From the moment we arrived we knew we were in safe hands. The hotel's design is stunning with lush well maintained gardens and beautiful architecture. However, the staff here are the reason I will go back. Everyone we met was so lovely. I tried to note them all , but thanks to Soumen, Shania Yash Syroy Lenin Jagganath Bhavat Martha Bravesh Saurav ***ish They made our stay so memorable! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is excellent throughout. An amazing effort was made by all staff to make our stay special. The rooms are beautiful, and our room cleaner Bashar left us notes asking if there was anything else he could do. This is typical of the staff who were always willing to go that extra mile to make it a truly five star experience. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience. James & Emma

Its totally a 5 rating hotel, I've given 4 rating to grab staff attention to some things which i didn't appreciate, at the end. I had a really great stay at the hotel. I was not new to the hotel, I visit this hotel regularly for their outstanding, and as per me Goa's be brunch, the Vivo Sunday brunch. This time i stayed here to celebrate my mother's birthday. Some reviews i read about the rooms looking aged. That's absolutely not the case. The rooms are modern, luxurious, looking very new, and huge. I've stayed in ***y 5 star hotels, i didn't find more better tv than here. Things and people i really want to appreciate: 1. Great welcome drink and cold towel were offered at check in. I know its common, but ***y hotels are doing away with this thing. It's a great gesture. 2. The beach shuttle: Its a great facility provided by the hotel. Just that at check in it should be told. 3. Spice studio restaurant: Our dinner was included in vivo restaurant, so we had light bites at spice studio. Everyone visiting the hotel must have a meal there. The atmosphere, the live singer, the vibe, the food taste, everything is outstanding. But most important is the service. It was one of the best i ever had. Mr Mahesh served us, and he was really outstanding, professional, and catering. 4. Mini theater: Its not a gimmick theater. Its a true theater this hotel has, which is very entertaining. 5. The swimming pool is great, and well maintained. 6. Overall this property is very well maintained, everywhere someone is wiping clean something or the other. Attention to detail to cleanliness is great. 7.I had called a day before my check in, and Ms.Josica speaked on the phone. Generally in other hotels you get helpline treatment on phone, and 5 star treatment when you reach the hotel. But Ms. Josica was an angel to speak. 8. On check in day i got a courtesy call, asking if everything was ok, its a great gesture, and whatever i told, was fixed quickly. 9. The housekeeping staff came to offer turn down service in the evening. Gestures like this truly separate a good 5 star hotel from others. 10. The vibe of the hotel: Fortunately, there was no wedding or something when i stayed at the hotel, like ***y others wrote a review. I can confirm, if there is nothing like a wedding, the peaceful environment here is unmatched. I stayed in properties in the middle of Himalayas, surrounding which there's nothing, but this hotel is more peaceful. 11. The security person at the lobby is a great person. Very professional. I think his name was Mr. Mulan, i couldn't see from a distance his name tag. The way he interacts with guest is great. The service where I had dinner, vivo restaurant was very good. Unfortunately for dinner there was no buffet. We had to order ala carte. I didn't think the food taste was toooo good, it was alright. Deserts were very tasty. I've seen this in ***y 5 star hotels, when buffet all day dining kind of restaurants are forced to give ala carte dish

Excellent resort with true luxury starting from reception, rooms, cleanliness, courteous & helpful staff, very good ambience with wide variety of very good food in four different theme restaurants made our stay memorable. Eagerly waiting to visit again.

It was a really beautiful location to stay......An amazing place with friends and family to enjoy .....One of the best services given.....Mind blowing swimming pool.....And hoping to visit again with more friends and family members.....

One of tye best properties i have stayed in right from the rooms the hygeine and the food oh my god 😍 everything will take you by surprise and it just cant get better.

We were at Alila for a proposal that we planned for our lovely client who was their guest! We didn’t face any hurdle in the execution of their dream proposal and that is all thanks to Apoorva who is from their concierge team! She was there for us throughout the whole process and didn’t let us face any issue. She was only a call away and took care of every little detail.

I went with my parents to the Spice Studio, one of the restaurants at the Alila Diwa hotel, for a cooking class. We were welcomed very nicely by Velecia, who accompanied us throughout the experience. It was a really lovely experience. We learned quite some about spices, mixing them and making masala and cooking processes and bases for Indian (and specifically Goan) cuisine. The chef was very knowledgeable and kind. We made Yetti Ghee roast, absolutely stunning dish, delicious and loved the lachha paratha that accompanied. We also made the alleppey Neymen curry with kingfish. Though this was tasty, to us it didn’t compare to the shrimp dish. Overall good experience, thanks!
